查無資料或密碼錯誤處理方法

1.若您是註冊系統註冊後，馬上就來教學助理培訓資訊網註冊帳號，此時您的教學助理培訓資訊網帳號的密碼為身份證字號的後六碼

2.若您是註冊系統註冊後，並且修改了選課密碼，之後才來教學助理培訓資訊網註冊帳號，此時您的密碼為選課密碼

3.確認您已經在教學助理培訓資訊網上面建立帳號

4.若以上的確認步驟都還不能解決問題，先按"忘記密碼"，並且輸入您的身份證字號之後，系統會寄信到您當初註冊的信箱

5.若系統上還有其他疑問的話，還煩請撥打分機2152詢問

How to deal with invalid information or password

1.If you have just created an account in the NSYSU student portal (e.g. course selection portal) and would like to create an account in the teaching assistant portal, your default password would be the last 6 digits of your National ID/ARC.

2.If you have created an account in the NSYSU student portal (e.g. course selection portal) and have set a new password in the student portal, your default password in the teaching assistant portal would be the same as the password in the student portal.

3.Do ensure that you have successfully created an account in the teaching assistant portal.

4.If the problem persists after completing steps 1-3, select "Forget Password" and enter your National ID/ARC. After which, the system will send you an email to the email that you have previously registered when you create your account.
